Compare studio, one, two and three bedroom options and square footage across communities, not only rent.
Pets
Confirm the pet policy for the exact property before you apply.
Parking and laundry
Ask whether parking is gated, covered or assigned, and whether laundry is in unit or on site.
Furnished or unfurnished
Several communities offer furnished homes from time to time. Ask which are open now.
What is included
Some communities include utilities in the rent, which changes how you compare monthly costs.
